Tips for Making Appointment Requests
Before you request an appointment, it will be helpful for you to note our providers' regular schedules and office locations on particular days. Therefore, please be sure to refer to the listing below before making your appointment request:
Dr. Ciechna is in the Caton Farm location Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Dr. Liu is in the Caton Farm location Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Appointments can be requested by using Secure Messaging, if you are already registered with Dr. Ciechna or Dr. Liu, by logging into iHealth via the log in box (click on "Home Page" to the left of this screen). You can read more about Secure Messaging and registering for it by clicking on "What's Secure Messaging?" to the left of this screen.
Additionally, the office is open at 8:30 for messaging and questions. The telephone number is 815-436-4208.
Personalized Appointment Reminder Calls
As a service to our patients, we use personalized calls to remind you of your appointments with our practice. Once we have confirmed an appointment with you, you can expect to receive a reminder call 2 days before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
In Case of Emergency
For medical emergencies, please immediately call 911.
